The Soothing Beauty of Egrets

Egrets vary in size, some of them quite large, like the Great Egrets. They can be quite colorful, especially the males during mating season. The Great Egrets and Snowy Egrets have beautiful flowing feathers.

Photos of Egrets are possible in many salt and fresh water marshes and Florida is a great place to photograph them. Also included in the gallery are Reddish Egrets and Cattle Egrets.
