It was sub-zero temperatures and the wind was howling 40-50 miles per hour. The conditions did not favor this Florida boy going out onto the frozen lake. I waited for closer to sunrise time, took my gear to the edge of the lake and captured this amazing scene. I would have liked ot have been out further on the ice, but it just wasn't going to happen.
