It was a day of heavy cloud cover and Mount Rainier was completely hidden. It was the perfect day to check out nearby Stevens Canyon. The previous days early snowfall combined with the fall color resulted in a stunning scene. I've always wanted to capture a great image from the canyon and I finally did.
