It was a rainy day, which was the perfect time to take the stairs down to the water at Little Hunter's Beach. Whether it is a river or a beach, the stones always look better when wet. It is the only beach area in the Park where the entire shore is covered in these small cobblestones. I did take a little artistic license and move a couple of leaves that were a few feet away and place them on the group of rocks I was shooting. It was Fall, after all.
